2) Scope & Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and travel arrangements made with us and your use of our website at webookmemories.com. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using the site, you confirm that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and all travellers in your party. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or proceed with a booking.
3) Definitions
Service Provider/Supplier: Airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transport operators, destination management companies, and other third parties who provide travel services.
Travel Service: Transport, accommodation, car hire, tour, activity, or other tourism service.
Package: A combination of at least two travel services booked together for the same trip or holiday, offered by us at a single price.
4) Our Role
We act either as:
Travel Agent/Intermediary: Facilitating bookings with third‑party suppliers. Your contract is directly with the supplier, and their terms apply.
Tour Operator/Organiser: When we design and sell a package tour ourselves, we are responsible for its proper delivery as per Indian law and these Terms.
Our documentation (invoice/confirmation) will clarify whether we are acting as an agent or as the organiser.
5) Booking & Contract Formation
A booking is confirmed once you receive a Booking Confirmation from us via email or other written communication.
The person making the booking (“Lead Traveller”) must be 18+ and has authority to accept these Terms for all travellers.
You are responsible for checking all details (passenger names, dates, travel services). Notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
6) Payments & Deposits
A non‑refundable deposit may be required to secure services. The balance must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice.
Non‑payment may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposit.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, bank transfer or other approved methods.
Prices are set according to your (client) location.
7) Pricing & Revisions
Prices are subject to change due to supplier revisions, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.
If the increase exceeds 10% of the total package price, you may cancel with a full refund (excluding non‑refundable components).
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions.
8) Cancellations & Amendments by You
Requests must be made in writing (email acceptable).
Cancellation charges depend on case by case basis.
Certain services (air tickets, cruise cabins, promotional fares) may be 100% non‑refundable once booked.
Conditions for cancellations or amendments will be clarified at the time of booking.
9) Cancellations & Amendments by Us or Suppliers
If we act as Agent: We are not liable for cancellations or changes by the supplier but will pass on alternatives/refund policies.
If we act as Organiser: We may make minor changes. If there is a significant change (e.g., change of destination, major itinerary alteration), we will offer suitable alternatives or a refund. Compensation will not be payable for circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
10) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
11) Travel Documents & Compliance
It is your responsibility to ensure all travellers have valid passports, visas, travel permits, vaccinations, and comply with health/safety requirements.
We are not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry for non‑compliance.
12) Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, baggage loss, and supplier default. We may require proof of coverage for certain trips.
13) Behaviour & Responsibilities
You agree to:
Follow laws and regulations of the destination country.
Respect customs and supplier rules.
Be liable for any damage caused by your actions.
Suppliers may refuse service without refund if you engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.
14) Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us directly for services, unless otherwise required under Indian law.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as missed flights, loss of enjoyment, or additional expenses).
When acting as an agent, liability rests with the supplier.
15) Complaints & Grievance Redressal
Raise any issues immediately with the local supplier and notify us at the earliest.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of return.
We will address complaints in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17) Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection principles. By booking with us, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data for booking and legal purposes. Our Privacy Policy applies.
